This Job Aide, a 4-page laminated desk reference, provides seven steps to creating quick, effective e-mail messages.

Component 4: Online Pretest/Posttest
The online pretest and posttest help you set a performance baseline, target specific traits with strategies and activities, and measure performance improvement.
