Downloading Problems
Problem: After clicking "Download Now" the eBook doesn't download to your hard drive but opens in your browser.
Solution 1: Right-click the "Download Now" button and select "Save Target As..." Choose a location on your hard drive and click "Save."
Solution 2: Once the document is open in your browser, save it to your hard drive. To do so, click the disk icon in the Adobe Reader toolbar. Then select a location to save the document to your hard drive.
Runtime Errors
Error: Your computer cannot open this file.
Solution: Download Adobe Reader.
