When purchasing a book, I must choose between Smythe and spiral binding. What is the difference?
Smythe-bound refers to the traditional hardcover style with sewn pages and a spine. This durable and attractive binding lies open to display a spread, or two pages at a time.
Our spiral-bound books feature a durable hardcover and a high-quality, wire spiral binding for a spine. Spiral-bound books can be folded over to display one page at a time, or they can stand open and upright next to your computer keyboard for easy reference.
How do the Write for Business book and Companion CD relate to each other?
The Companion CD supports the book in three major ways:
First, it presents lessons and interactive exercises based on main chapters from the book. This helps you improve your writing and communication skills on an individual basis.
Second, it contains the entire text of the print book in a searchable eBook format (using Adobe Acrobat Reader). Hypertext links send you directly to the material you need.
Finally, it includes Microsoft Word-compatible electronic templates of common types of business documents. These timesaving templates are pre-designed—you simply customize the templates with your own content.
What computer systems are compatible with the Companion CD?

What is your return policy?
Materials may be returned for credit within thirty days of original invoice date provided they are in unused, salable condition. A restocking fee may be charged. A return must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. Please call 262-763-8258 Ext. 10 for a Return Authorization Number.
